Union Minister and former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar credited the support of silent voters and the public’s appreciation of Prime Minister Modi’s leadership for this success. Khattar stated, “The kind of work that the BJP is doing under the leadership of PM Modi is being liked by the people.”

Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini’s Victory

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini celebrated the win by visiting his mother and receiving her blessings. Saini, who won from the Ladwa assembly constituency by a margin of 16,054 votes, expressed gratitude to PM Modi for his leadership. He stated, “Politics is only a medium of service for us. I assure all the people of Haryana that as always, I will remain present in your service as your servant.”

Prime Minister Modi’s Remarks

Addressing party workers in Delhi, PM Modi attributed the victory to the hard work of BJP members. He praised the people of Haryana, saying, “The people of Haryana have done wonders. Today is the sixth day of Navratri, the day of Maa Katyayani. On such a holy day, lotus has bloomed in Haryana for the third time.”

Election Results

The BJP won 48 out of 90 seats, while Congress secured 37 seats. Independents won 3 seats, and the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) obtained 2 seats, according to the Election Commission.
