The Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) has secured a third consecutive term in Haryana, winning 48 seats in the state assembly elections. This marks the party’s largest victory in Haryana’s assembly polls. In Jammu and Kashmir, the National Conference-Congress alliance achieved a majority, winning 48 seats. The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) led the alliance with 42 seats, while Congress won six seats. The BJP performed strongly, securing 29 seats.
