BJP Wins Big in Haryana with Support from MP CM Mohan Yadav

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) celebrated victories in four assembly constituencies in Haryana, where Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav played a key role in campaigning. CM Yadav addressed public gatherings in Dadri, Bhiwani, Tosham, and Bawani Khera. On October 3, he campaigned in Bhiwani and Tosham, and on September 26, in Dadri and Bawani Khera.

In the elections, BJP candidate Sunil Satpal Sangwan won in Dadri by 1,957 votes, Ghanshyam Saraf in Bhiwani by 32,714 votes, Shruti Choudhary in Tosham by 14,257 votes, and Kapoor Singh in Bawani Khera by 21,779 votes. Additionally, CM Yadav campaigned for BJP candidate Surjeet Singh Slathia in the Samba constituency of Jammu and Kashmir, where Slathia won by 30,309 votes.

According to the Election Commission of India, BJP secured 48 out of 90 assembly seats in Haryana, while Congress won 36 seats and is leading in 1. Three independent candidates and the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) secured two seats each. In Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) emerged as the largest party with 42 seats, followed by BJP with 29 seats and Congress with 6 seats.

CM Yadav congratulated the people of Haryana and BJP workers for their success, attributing the victory to the public’s trust in the BJP’s governance and welfare policies under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini.
