Rahul Gandhi, during the ‘Samvidhan Samman Sammelan’ in Ranchi, criticized the BJP for attempting to rewrite Adivasi history by calling them ‘Vanvasis’. He promised that Congress would abolish the 50% reservation cap and conduct a caste census if in power.
