BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj Criticizes AAP Government

In New Delhi, BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj criticized the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government for labeling the payment of monthly salaries to employees as an “achievement.” She argued that paying salaries is a basic responsibility, not an accomplishment, and accused the AAP of misleading employees by publicizing it as such.

Bansuri Swaraj further accused the AAP government of trying to influence employees by calling their rightful salaries an achievement. She stated that if the government had provided bonuses or special benefits, it could be considered an achievement, but not the regular salaries.

Ayushman Bharat Controversy

Earlier, Bansuri Swaraj also criticized former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal regarding the Ayushman Bharat scheme. She claimed that the Delhi and West Bengal governments were engaging in “politics of malice” by not implementing the scheme, which deprives senior citizens of its benefits. The controversy has sparked a political row between AAP and BJP, following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s criticism of the Delhi and West Bengal governments for not adopting the health insurance scheme.
