BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj Criticizes AAP for Delhi’s Budget Deficit

In New Delhi, BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj has criticized the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for Delhi’s budget deficit. According to a report from the Delhi Finance Department, Swaraj claims that Arvind Kejriwal, AAP, and Delhi CM Atishi are responsible for the economic downturn. She highlighted that for the first time in 21 years, Delhi’s budget is in a deficit of Rs 7,000 crore, indicating that the city’s expenses exceed its income.

Swaraj accused the AAP of misleading the public by claiming a budget surplus while neglecting essential infrastructure projects like hospital repairs and a new court complex. She alleged that the omission of over Rs 7,000 crore in the budget was intentional.

Earlier, Swaraj criticized AAP leaders Sanjay Singh and Manish Sisodia for accusing the BJP of misusing central investigation agencies without providing evidence. She questioned why AAP leaders seek bail if there is no case against them.
