BJP Leader Pradeep Bhandari Criticizes Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren Over RSS Remarks
New Delhi, India – BJP leader Pradeep Bhandari has strongly criticized Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren for his comments about the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Soren had referred to RSS workers as ‘chooha’ (rats) during a rally on September 25.
Bhandari accused Soren of losing his mind and claimed that Soren’s recent actions were influenced by his fear of losing the upcoming election. Bhandari also alleged that the tribal population in Santhal Pargana has decreased due to illegal Rohingya and other infiltrators taking over tribal lands.
According to Bhandari, the tribal population in Santhal Pargana has dropped from over 35% to around 20-22%. He criticized Soren for not addressing this issue and instead focusing on his vote bank.
In response to Soren’s remarks, BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla also condemned the Chief Minister, accusing him of ignoring the issue of Bangladeshi infiltrators in Santhal Pargana to protect his vote bank.
Congress MP Pramod Tiwari commented on the situation, stating that he was unsure of the context in which Soren made his remarks. Tiwari suggested that only Soren could explain his comments and noted that Soren’s experiences as Chief Minister might have influenced his statements.
