BJD Leader Sasmit Patra Criticizes PM Modi’s 100-Day Report Card

Biju Janata Dal (BJD) MP Sasmit Patra has criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 100-day report card, describing it as a complete betrayal of the people’s mandate in Odisha and extremely disappointing. Patra stated that Odisha cannot expect anything good from the current double-engine government.

Patra expressed his disappointment that Odisha’s long-standing demand for special category status has been ignored, while states like Bihar and Andhra Pradesh have received relief packages. He said, ‘These 100 days are nothing but a case of complete betrayal of the people’s mandate of Odisha… These 100 days really show the way that in future also, Odisha cannot expect anything good from this double-engine government.’

On September 15, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government completed 100 days in office. The Union government highlighted several achievements during this period, including reforms in the justice system and disaster mitigation measures. Union Home Minister Amit Shah released a special booklet titled ‘Paving the Path to Viksit Bharat’ and eight flyers depicting the important achievements of the last 100 days under PM Modi’s leadership.
