Bihar BJP’s Danish Iqbal Criticizes Tejashwi Yadav

Missing Items from Vacated Bungalow

In Patna, Bihar, Danish Iqbal, the media in-charge for the Bihar BJP, has accused former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav of taking various items from a government bungalow he vacated. Iqbal claims that furniture, light fixtures, air conditioners, and even a badminton court mat were removed, suggesting this reflects poorly on Yadav’s upbringing and mentality.

Iqbal stated, “The base of the bed is missing, the AC and lights have been removed, and the water outlets in the washroom have been taken out. Even the badminton court mat has been taken, and the fountain lights and sofas have been taken. It’s clear that when Tejashwi Yadav vacated the house, he took everything with him. This speaks volumes about his mentality.”

He further added, “I’m not just accusing him, but it is completely proven. The way Tejaswi Yadav vacated his official residence, shows his upbringing. The way he vacated the house, he has displayed how to loot government’s property.”

Deputy CM’s Bungalow Dispute

The bungalow, located at 5 Desh Ratna Marg, was intended for Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary to move into during Navratri. However, disputes arose regarding the property, and Iqbal noted that the CCTV hard drive is also missing.

Legal Developments

In a separate legal matter, a Delhi court granted bail to Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, his sons Tejashwi and Tej Pratap Yadav, and other accused in a money laundering case. They were released on a bail bond of Rs. 1 lakh each. The next hearing is scheduled for October 25.
