Bhavish Aggarwal: CEO of Ola Talks About Building the Country of Our Dreams

Bhavish Aggarwal, the CEO of Ola Cabs, believes that the current generation needs to work extra hard to build the country of their dreams. In an interview, he shared his journey from Ola Cabs to Ola Electric and emphasized the importance of technology and entrepreneurship.

Aggarwal said, “I am a big believer in the concept of ‘Dharma’ and ‘Swadharma’. I feel my purpose is to bring technology and entrepreneurship together. Our generation has to work extra hard to build the country of our dreams.”

He also mentioned that Ola is working with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), a government marketplace, to make e-commerce more democratic and affordable. “We are doing a lot of work on supply chains and warehousing to bring down costs,” he added.

Founded in 2017, Ola Electric Mobility focuses on leasing electric cars and is the only Indian EV company selected by the government under its Rs 80,000 crore cell PLI schemes. Ola serves over 250 cities across India, making it one of the country’s widest mobility platforms.
