Sri Lanka Announces Squad for T20I Series Against West Indies
The Sri Lanka cricket team is gearing up for an exciting T20I series against the West Indies. The squad sees the return of Bhanuka Rajapaksa, a dynamic middle-order batter known for his explosive play. Despite a challenging stint in the Caribbean Premier League, Rajapaksa’s potential to boost the team’s performance remains high.
However, former captain Dasun Shanaka will not be part of the squad this time. Instead, 22-year-old all-rounder Chamindu Wickramasinghe, who debuted against India, retains his place. Left-arm pacer Dilshan Madushanka is also absent, while right-arm quick Dushmantha Chameera is still recovering from an injury.
