Basit Ali Praises Jasprit Bumrah Ahead of India’s Test Against Bangladesh
Former Pakistan cricketer Basit Ali has special praise for India’s top fast bowler, Jasprit Bumrah. Known for his unique bowling style, Bumrah hides the seam of the ball behind his fingers and generates speed with his distinctive action. This has earned him accolades from cricketers worldwide.
Bumrah is set to return to the Indian team for the first Test against Bangladesh, which will start on September 19 at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Basit Ali emphasized Bumrah’s deceptive bowling and predicted he will take many wickets in Chennai.

Since his Test debut in 2018, Bumrah has played 36 matches and taken 159 wickets. After the first Test in Chennai, India and Bangladesh will play the second Test in Kanpur starting on September 27.
