Baloch Yakjehti Committee Condemns Allegations by Balochistan Authorities

Baloch Yakjehti Committee Faces Allegations

The Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) has criticized the Director General of Balochistan Charities Registration and Regulation Authority for labeling the organization as ‘illegal.’ The BYC claims this is a desperate move by Pakistani state institutions. The Director General accused BYC of collecting illegal funds, particularly for the Baloch Raji Muchi event, calling it a criminal act.

BYC argues that the state is using its power to suppress peaceful resistance against what they describe as Baloch genocide. They claim that the state is violating the law and fundamental rights of the Baloch people. The BYC insists it is a civil and human rights organization representing the Baloch nation’s grievances, operating under non-violence and international human rights laws.

The organization has been accused by various state bodies of being a mafia, a pressure group, and a terrorist facilitator. Despite these allegations, BYC maintains its legitimacy and vows to continue its activism against the oppression of the Baloch community.
