Azad Samaj Party-Kanshiram President and MP Chandrashekhar Azad announced an alliance with Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) for the upcoming Haryana Assembly Elections, scheduled for October 1. Azad expressed confidence that the ASP-JJP alliance will be a strong option in the state.

Azad mentioned that Bhim Army workers have been active in Haryana for the past 7-8 years, and the party has nominated hardworking and popular candidates. He emphasized that the alliance will contest all 90 Assembly constituencies, with JJP competing on 70 seats and ASP on 20.

JJP leader Dushyant Chautala confirmed the seat-sharing arrangement. Congress MP Deepender Hooda criticized the alliance, suggesting that JJP works under BJP’s influence.

The Haryana Assembly elections will be held in a single phase on October 1, with results expected on October 4. The state is likely to witness a four-way contest between BJP, Congress, JJP, and AAP.
