Ashok Gehlot Criticizes BJP and RSS for Not Condemning Union Minister’s Remarks on Rahul Gandhi

Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has criticized the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) for not condemning the remarks made by Union Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu. Gehlot emphasized the contributions of the Gandhi family to the country and called Bittu’s statement condemnable.

Gehlot was referring to an earlier remark made by the Minister of State for Railways, Ravneet Singh Bittu, in which he said that if there should be an award to catch the number one terrorist, it should go to Rahul Gandhi. Bittu accused Rahul Gandhi of being the country’s biggest enemy and claimed that separatists and terrorists support him.

An FIR has been registered against Union Minister Bittu for his alleged remarks against Rahul Gandhi. The case was filed at High Grounds police station in Bengaluru based on a complaint by an officer-bearer of the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee.

Gehlot also spoke about the committee formed in Rajasthan regarding the new districts created by the Congress government. He mentioned that the geographical conditions of Rajasthan necessitated the formation of new districts and suggested that more new districts should be formed in the state.
