Arvind Kejriwal’s Promises for Haryana: Free Electricity, Education, and More

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Sanjay Singh announced that the key to power in Haryana will be in the hands of former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, regardless of the election results. Speaking at an election campaign in Charkhi Dadri, Haryana, Singh emphasized the party’s priorities, including electricity, water, education, and health facilities. He also mentioned a monthly allowance of Rs 1000 for women and free electricity for the people.

Earlier, Arvind Kejriwal accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of falsely arresting AAP leaders. Addressing an election rally in Haryana, Kejriwal announced his five guarantees for the state: free electricity, free medical services, excellent government schools, Rs 1000 for women above 18, and youth employment. He claimed that the BJP wanted to attack his honesty by making false accusations and arresting party leaders.

On September 23, Kejriwal stated that no government can be formed in Haryana without AAP’s support and promised to ensure free electricity in the state. Voting for the 90-member legislative assembly in Haryana will take place on October 5, with the results announced on October 8, along with those in Jammu and Kashmir.
