Arvind Kejriwal Launches ‘Jan Sampark Abhiyan’

On October 16, AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal introduced the ‘Jan Sampark Abhiyan’ at the party headquarters in New Delhi. This initiative aims to address questions from Delhi residents through personal letters from Kejriwal.

Addressing Public Concerns

Kejriwal plans to answer questions such as why he was jailed, through letters delivered by AAP workers to every household in Delhi by October 29. He claims the BJP targeted him and other AAP leaders due to their work in education and healthcare.

Allegations Against BJP

Kejriwal accused the BJP of trying to stop his release from jail by withholding medication and attempting to seize power in Delhi to halt public welfare programs. He warned that electing BJP could end free services like electricity, water, and bus travel for women.

Support from AAP Leaders

AAP MLA Saurabh Bharadwaj stated that the campaign will ensure Kejriwal’s message reaches all Delhi residents. He criticized the BJP for arresting Kejriwal to prevent Delhi’s successful programs from spreading to other states.

Event Attendance

Delhi CM Atishi, ministers Saurabh Bharadwaj and Gopal Rai, and former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia were present at the launch.
