Thakur expressed confidence in BJP’s success in the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections, citing public support for the party.

Ranjit Savarkar, Veer Savarkar’s grandson, accused Congress of attempting to defame Savarkar to divide Hindu society for electoral gain. He refuted claims about Savarkar’s dietary habits and announced plans to file a defamation suit against Rao.

Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis also criticized Congress for their repeated insults towards Savarkar, emphasizing Savarkar’s contributions and beliefs.

Karnataka Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao had previously stated that Savarkar’s ideology differed from Indian culture, suggesting Mahatma Gandhi’s views should prevail.
