Anthony Gordon’s Bike Fall and England’s Euro 2024 Journey

England winger Anthony Gordon was seen with a graze on his chin after falling off his mountain bike during a training session. The incident happened while he was participating in extra-curricular activities organized by the Football Association (FA) for the players’ enjoyment. Gordon received treatment from the England medical staff for his injuries.

Other England players, including team captain Harry Kane, engaged in different activities during their downtime. Kane played cricket and took on the role of wicketkeeper.

Throughout the Euro 2024 campaign, England has struggled to find their rhythm on the field. Head coach Gareth Southgate has faced heavy criticism, especially after the team’s draws against Denmark and Slovenia in the group stage. However, English defender Marc Guehi has expressed strong support for Southgate, emphasizing the team’s unity and focus on upcoming games.

England finished at the top of Group C, which means they are likely to avoid the stronger teams until the final phase of the competition. Guehi highlighted the importance of staying calm and focused, acknowledging that every opponent is tough to play against.
