Amit Shah to Lead BJP’s Election Preparations in Haryana

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will review BJP’s election preparations for the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections in Panchkula on June 29. The meeting will include Mandal presidents, Mandal general secretaries, district officials, district councillors, city councillors, and block committee members.

Key Leaders Attending

Prominent leaders such as Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, former Chief Minister Manohar Lal, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, co-in-charge Biplab Deb, Union Ministers Rao Inderjit Singh and Krishan Pal Gurjar, National Secretary Omprakash Dhankhar, and Dr. Sudha Yadav will be present.

Congress’s Stand

Congress leader Deepak Babaria announced that Congress will contest the Haryana Assembly elections alone. This decision follows a meeting with the Haryana unit in the national capital. In the 2019 elections, BJP won 40 seats, Congress 31, and JJP 10.
