Promises for the Future
Shah promised that reservations for the hill people and other communities would not be reduced. He announced that the eldest woman in every household would receive an annual sum of Rs 18,000. Ujjwala beneficiaries will get 2 free cylinders, and the price of the cylinder will be reduced to 500 rupees. The annual amount given under the PM-Kisan scheme will be increased from 6,000 rupees to 10,000 rupees.
