Amit Shah Discusses Maharashtra’s Development with BJP Leaders in Nashik
Union Home Minister Amit Shah held a detailed discussion with party leaders and workers in Nashik, Maharashtra. He emphasized that only the NDA government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, can accelerate the development of Maharashtra. Shah criticized the MVA alliance, calling it anti-Dalit, anti-farmer, and anti-women, and expressed confidence that the NDA would win the upcoming state elections.
Earlier, Shah attended a meeting with BJP office bearers of the Vidarbha Region, where Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and state BJP President Chandrashekhar Bawankule were also present. Shah highlighted the NDA government’s achievements in development and public welfare under Modi’s leadership.
Shah also interacted with officials and senior workers of the Marathwada division in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, reiterating the NDA’s commitment to the upliftment of all sections, including women and farmers. He chaired a meeting of Mahayuti leaders in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar ahead of the Maharashtra assembly elections, which are expected to be held later this year.
The Maharashtra legislative Assembly elections will be contested between the Maha Vikas Aghadi coalition (UBT Shiv Sena, NCP – Sharad Pawar faction, and Congress) and the Maha Yuti Alliance (BJP, Shiv Sena – Eknath Shinde faction, and NCP – Ajit Pawar faction). The Election Commission of India has yet to announce the dates for the election.
