Amit Shah Criticizes Congress and Promises Change in Jharkhand
In a public rally in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, Union Home Minister Amit Shah criticized the Congress party, labeling it as “anti-reservation.” He stated that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) would not allow reservations for Muslims as long as there is one BJP MLA. Shah accused Congress of wanting to end reservations for backward classes and Dalits to provide them to Muslims.
Shah also alleged corruption within the ruling government, mentioning the seizure of large sums of money from the homes of a JMM minister and a Congress MP. He claimed this money was looted from the people of Dhanbad and promised that a BJP government would address these issues.
He accused the current government of being involved in various scams, including a 1,000 crore MGNREGA scam, land scam, and mining scam. Shah assured that the BJP would fulfill its promises, including financial support for women, affordable gas prices, and benefits for youth, farmers, and pensioners.
Addressing the issue of infiltration, Shah claimed that infiltrators were taking away jobs and resources in Jharkhand and promised to deport them if BJP comes to power. The elections in Jharkhand are scheduled in two phases, with the first phase on Wednesday and the second on November 20. Votes will be counted on November 23.
