Amit Shah Celebrates NDDB’s Success and Tribhuvan Patel’s Legacy in Anand, Gujarat
Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah announced that the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) achieved a remarkable milestone by selling over 427 lakh litres of milk per day, with a net profit exceeding Rs 50 crores in the year 2022-23. This achievement was highlighted during the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of NDDB in Anand, Gujarat.
During the event, Amit Shah encouraged NDDB to expand beyond milk production into processing vegetables, fruits, and potatoes. The celebration also marked the birth anniversary of Tribhuvan Patel, the founder of the Kaira District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union and the Amul co-operative movement.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders, including Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, extended birthday greetings to Amit Shah, recognizing him as a hard-working and influential leader.
