Ambati Rambabu Criticizes CM Chandrababu Naidu Over Land Survey and Unfulfilled Promises

Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh) [India], July 30: Former Water Resources Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Ambati Rambabu, has criticized Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for his numerous U-turns and false claims regarding the comprehensive land survey conducted by the previous Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) government.

Speaking at the party’s central office, Rambabu stated, “It has been almost 50 days since Chandrababu Naidu formed the new government, and he has been spreading blatant lies.” He noted that before the elections, Naidu claimed the land resurvey was dangerous and unjust, but later changed his stance to continue the survey.

Rambabu highlighted that former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy initiated the land resurvey to resolve land disputes and ensure rightful ownership. The previous government employed around 14,630 surveyors to cover 2.26 crore agricultural lands, 85 lakh government and private properties in villages, and 40 lakh properties in urban areas.

He criticized the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) for annulling the Land Titling Act, which was based on NITI Aayog’s recommendations and aimed to resolve disputes. Rambabu also accused Naidu of failing to deliver on promises such as free bus travel for women and unemployment benefits, leading to public frustration.

Addressing recent rumours, Rambabu clarified that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is the sole leader of the YSR Congress Party and affirmed the party’s strength to overcome any conspiracies and illegal cases against its leaders and workers.
