Al Noor Island and Mleiha Archaeological Centre Win Top Awards in the Middle East

Al Noor Island in Sharjah, UAE, has been named one of the top 10 attractions in the Middle East, winning the ‘Best of the Best’ title for 2024 on TripAdvisor. This is the second consecutive year it has received this honor. The island, developed by the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), offers a unique blend of nature, art, and entertainment.

Additionally, the Mleiha Archaeological Centre has won the TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Award for the seventh consecutive year. This center is known for its significant natural and archaeological sites and offers various activities for thrill-seekers.

Sharjah’s Al Montazah Parks, famous for its exciting water rides, also received the Traveler’s Choice Awards 2024.

Mahmoud Rashid Deemas, Director of Operations and Tourism Development at Shurooq, expressed his joy over the recognition, stating, “We humbly accept this honor as a reflection of our unwavering dedication to crafting exceptional experiences.” He added that the positive feedback from visitors motivates them to strive for better in the future.
