Al Ansari Financial Services Buys BFC Group for $200 Million
Al Ansari Financial Services (AAFS) has signed a Sales and Purchase Agreement to buy 100% of BFC Group Holdings (BFCGH) for $200 million. This deal will make AAFS the largest remittance and exchange provider in the GCC region.
Expansion and Growth
The acquisition will increase AAFS’s branch network by 60%, bringing the total to over 410 branches across the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, and India. The workforce will also grow by 25%, reaching approximately 6,000 employees.
