The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), led by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, has released its first list of 38 candidates for the upcoming Maharashtra assembly elections. This list includes six new candidates and 32 sitting MLAs. New candidates will contest in constituencies such as Arjuni Morgaon, Igatpuri, and Amravati City.

Among the 32 sitting MLAs, nine are ministers, and the list also features the Assembly Deputy Speaker and four women candidates. Ajit Pawar himself will contest from the Baramati constituency.
