Air Force Day Celebrations at Sainik School Korukonda
The Sainik School in Korukonda, Andhra Pradesh, celebrated the 92nd anniversary of the Indian Air Force with great enthusiasm. The event was led by the school’s Principal, Group Captain SS Shastri, and Vice Principal, Wing Commander Kiran V.

Wing Commander Kiran V shared the heroic story of Flying Officer Nirmal Jit Singh Sekhon, the only Param Vir Chakra awardee from the Indian Air Force, who sacrificed his life during the 1971 Indo-Pak war.
