Adani Total Gas Ltd (ATGL) has shown impressive growth in the second quarter of the financial year 2025. CEO and Executive Director Suresh P Manglani highlighted the company’s achievements, attributing the success to network expansion and increased natural gas consumption by commercial and industrial users.

Network Expansion

ATGL has been focusing on expanding its compressed natural gas (CNG) distribution network, nearing 1,000 CNG stations across India with its joint venture partner IOAGPL. The company has also expanded its piped natural gas (PNG) network.

Electric Vehicle and CBG Business

The company is advancing its electric vehicle (EV) business, with 1,486 charging stations across 21 states and 213 cities. Plans are underway to increase this to over 3,000 charge points, focusing on strategic locations like airports and highways.

Digital Engagement

ATGL is leveraging digital technology, with 98% of consumer interactions managed through the My AdaniGas app, integrated with their digital platform, SOUL. The company has also started a hydrogen blending program in Ahmedabad.

Financial Performance

ATGL raised USD 375 million in a significant global financing program to boost its network infrastructure. The company reported a 7.5% increase in net profit to Rs 187 crore and a 12% rise in revenue to Rs 1,318 crore for Q2 FY25. EBITDA increased by 8% to Rs 313 crore year-on-year.
