Adani Energy Solutions, led by CEO Kandarp Patel, has secured three new transmission projects worth Rs 10,300 crore, adding 2,059 circuit kilometers to its network. This expansion brings the total network to 23,269 circuit kilometers.

Financial Success

In the July-September quarter, the company’s net profit soared by 172.2% to Rs 773 crore, compared to Rs 284 crore in the same period last year. The total income increased by 68.9% year-on-year to Rs 6,360 crore, driven by new transmission assets and increased energy sales.

Operational Highlights

Adani Energy Solutions is actively working on 12 projects with a capital expenditure of Rs 27,300 crore, expected to be completed within the current financial year. The company is also enhancing its smart metering business, aiming to become India’s leading integrator with over 22.8 million meters.

Commitment to Renewable Energy

CEO Kandarp Patel highlighted the company’s focus on renewable energy, achieving a 39% renewable power penetration in Mumbai. The company has also divested the Dahanu thermal plant, aligning with its energy transition goals.
