The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has entered into a strategic partnership with Tawasal Information Technology, the owner and operator of the Emirati digital messaging platform, Tawasal SuperApp. This partnership aims to set up a dedicated digital channel for the Abu Dhabi Chamber, enhancing communication between the business community in Abu Dhabi and the world.
This initiative aligns with the Chamber’s commitment to leveraging digital solutions to support economic development in Abu Dhabi. Tawasal will develop a digital channel that enables interaction between the Chamber’s members, entrepreneurs, and international business support offices. This is part of the Chamber’s ‘Gateway to the World’ initiative.
The new channel on Tawasal SuperApp will offer features like group video calls, screen sharing, AI-powered call summaries, and private groups of up to 1,000 users. Ahmed Khalifa Al Qubaisi, CEO of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, stated that this partnership aims to provide advanced services to the business community, enhancing opportunities for building relations within the emirate.
Khamis Al Shamsi, Chairman of Tawasal Information Technology, emphasized that the partnership aims to harness the latest digital technology to offer cutting-edge services. The app is designed to be easy to use and highly interactive, meeting the needs of Abu Dhabi’s diverse business community.
The digital channel will also provide extensive information and economic data relevant to the business community, keeping users updated on the latest developments, events, and initiatives. Additionally, it supports entrepreneurs with group video calls of up to 100 users, allowing engagement with government entities and authorities.
