Abhay Singh Chautala Confident About INLD Coalition’s Victory in Haryana Assembly Polls
INLD leader and Haryana MLA Abhay Singh Chautala expressed confidence that their coalition will come to power in the upcoming Haryana Assembly polls on October 5. He mentioned that there is a strong wave of support for their coalition parties in Haryana.
Chautala claimed that their coalition partners, which include the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD), could win 20-25 seats if the election were held now. He also mentioned that more support is expected when sister Mayawati joins the campaign.
On September 13, INLD released its third list of 11 candidates for the elections. Notable candidates include Aditya Chautala from Dabwali, Sunaina Chautala from Fatehabad, Kunal Karan Singh from Tohana, Surender Lathar from Julana, Parkash Bharti from Mulana (SC), and Daya Bhadana from Punhana.
Meanwhile, Congress leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda stated that the main battle in Haryana is between Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He urged voters not to waste their votes on other parties and emphasized the need for a change in governance after 10 years of BJP rule.
Voting for Haryana’s 90-member legislative assembly will take place on October 5, with the votes being counted on October 8.
