Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal described the summons as ‘dictatorship’ and alleged that BJP plans to arrest all AAP leaders. He posted on X, ‘They are arresting ALL leaders of AAP one by one. Every single opposition leader will be arrested if Modi ji comes back to power.’

Praveen Shankar Kapoor, who filed the complaint, said, ‘Whenever AAP gets caught in corruption cases, they claim attempts are being made to topple their government.’ He added that Atishi had alleged BJP approached her to join the party, leading to the defamation case when she did not apologize.
