Punjab’s Fight Against Stubble Burning
In Chandigarh, Punjab, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Malvinder Singh has announced a significant reduction in stubble burning, a major cause of pollution in northern India. He stated that the Punjab government, led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, has achieved a 70% decrease in stubble burning.
