Chief Minister Eknath Shinde visited the Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai on Monday to offer prayers to Lord Ganesha.

On Sunday, Union Minister Piyush Goyal also paid his respects to Lalbaugcha Raja. He shared on social media that he felt immense peace and energy after bowing at the feet of Ganpati Bappa. Goyal, along with his family, prayed for the welfare of the entire world, including North Mumbai. He expressed his admiration for the devotion of the people and the teachings of Lord Ganesh.

Earlier on Saturday, Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar and his wife Sudesh Dhankhar visited the Lalbaugcha Raja. The iconic Ganesh idol at Lalbaugcha Raja Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal is a major attraction during the Ganesh Chaturthi festival, drawing thousands of worshippers. The first look of this year’s Lalbaugcha Raja was unveiled on September 5.
