Hindi Diwas Celebrated at Indian Embassy in Kathmandu
The Indian Embassy in Kathmandu hosted a special event to celebrate Hindi Diwas at the Nepal-India Library. The event, held on September 14, featured Prof Ramdayal Rakesh, a renowned scholar in Nepali and Hindi literature, as the chief guest.
The Indian Embassy tweeted, “The Embassy of India, Kathmandu organized a function at the Nepal-India Library on the occasion of Hindi Diwas. Prof Ramdayal Rakesh, one of the leading scholars in the comparative study of Nepali and Hindi literature, was present as the chief guest at the event.”
Other scholars also shared their views during the event. Additionally, a Hindi poetry recitation was organized for students from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kathmandu. The event saw the participation of Hindi students, writers, poets, and enthusiasts.
