Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], September 11: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has criticized the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, over his recent comments on reservation. Dhami stated that Gandhi’s remarks ‘expose anti-constitutional thinking’ and accused him of nurturing divisive forces.

Rahul Gandhi, while speaking at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, mentioned that the Congress Party might consider scrapping reservations when India becomes a ‘fair place.’ He highlighted the lack of representation for Dalits, Adivasis, and OBC communities in the Indian government.

Dhami accused Gandhi of undermining India’s integrity and security for political gain. He also criticized Gandhi’s previous statements on Sikhs, alleging they weaken national unity.
