On August 20, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy inspected the State Secretariat premises to plan the installation of the Telangana Talli statue. The statue is scheduled to be installed on December 9. Earlier in the day, Reddy paid floral tribute to late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in Somajiguda, Hyderabad, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.

Reddy reiterated the importance of installing the Telangana Talli statue in the Secretariat, which he described as the epicenter of state administration. He stated, “The Secretariat, which is the epicenter of the state administration, is a suitable place for the installation of the Telangana Talli statue with pride and utmost respect.”

During the inspection, Reddy discussed various aspects with officials, including the site for the statue, the required area, and designs. He instructed the officials to ensure that the statue reflects Telangana’s culture and to prepare detailed plans for its installation.
