BJP MLC Shashil G Namoshi has called for Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s resignation following allegations in the MUDA scam. Namoshi questioned the Congress party’s integrity and urged Siddaramaiah to step down before facing an investigation. This follows Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot’s permission to prosecute Siddaramaiah.

In response, Deputy CM D.K. Shivakumar announced a state-wide protest against the prosecution order. Siddaramaiah has denied the allegations, stating all actions were lawful.
