MP CM Mohan Yadav Leads Tiranga Yatra in Bhopal
Part of ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav participated in the Tiranga Yatra in Bhopal on Wednesday. The event was organized as part of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign to remind people of patriotism and the tragic story of India’s partition.
CM Yadav congratulated MLA Rameshwar Sharma for organizing the longest Tiranga Yatra in Bhopal. He emphasized that the event, held ahead of Independence Day, serves as a reminder of the nation’s history and the importance of unity.
Addressing the gathering, CM Yadav criticized the Congress for the partition of India. He stated, “The then veteran Congress leaders had said that the nation would not be divided but unfortunately I have to say that all the promises were false and the country landed in the grip of the terrible situation (partition).”
He added, “We have not seen that pain but history is witness to the injustice and atrocities at the time of independence.”
In a post on X, CM Yadav wrote about his participation in the Tiranga Yatra in Mukherjee Nagar, Kolar locality in Bhopal. He praised the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan’ for filling citizens with national patriotic spirit.
