Tripura CM Manik Saha Congratulates Jishnu Dev Varma on Becoming Telangana Governor
Agartala (Tripura) [India], July 29: Tripura Chief Minister Professor Manik Saha met with former Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varma, who has been appointed as the Governor of Telangana. The meeting took place at Dev Varma’s residence.
During the meeting, Manik Saha expressed his pride and joy in Dev Varma’s remarkable achievement, noting that he is the first person from Tripura to ascend to the prestigious position of Governor in any state. Dr. Saha extended his heartfelt greetings and best wishes for the new journey that lies ahead. He also conveyed his confidence that Dev Varma’s experience and dedication would serve as inspiration and bring positive changes in his new role.
Earlier this week, Manik Saha congratulated Jishnu Dev Varma on his appointment as the Governor of Telangana. In a post on X, Manik Saha said, “I would like to extend my wholehearted congratulations to the former Deputy Chief Minister of Tripura, Shri Jishnu Dev Varma Ji, on his appointment as the Governor of Telangana.”
Tripura CM Manik Saha also thanked the Hon’ble President of India, Droupadi Murmu, and the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, for this esteemed decision.
