Himachal CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu Meets PM Narendra Modi and Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar

On Tuesday, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi. The Prime Minister’s Office shared the news on X, stating, “Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, met Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”

Earlier in the day, CM Sukhu also met with Union Minister for Power and Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal Khattar. They discussed several state issues, including the restoration of rights to the Shanan Power Project and the release of pending dues from the BBMB, which have been causing losses to the state.

Additionally, CM Sukhu requested support for a mega solar park in Spiti. The Union Minister assured that he would look into these issues and directed officers to take the necessary steps. The meeting was attended by Principal Advisor to the Chief Minister Ram Subhag Singh, Principal Secretary Finance Devesh Kumar, Resident Commissioner Meera Mohanty, and senior officers of the Ministry.
