Four Brave Indian Soldiers, Including Officer, Killed in Doda Encounter
Four Indian Army soldiers, including an officer, were killed during an encounter with terrorists in Doda, Jammu and Kashmir. The joint operation by the Army and Jammu and Kashmir police began on Monday evening. Additional troops have been called in to tighten the cordon.
Earlier, old-rusted arms and ammunition were recovered from a terrorist hideout in Reasi district. The recovery items included 30 rounds of AK-47, one magazine of AK-47 rifle, and one HE-36 hand grenade.
This incident follows recent terror attacks in the Jammu region, including Kathua, Doda, and Udhampur.
