Chief Justice DY Chandrachud Lays Foundation Stones for New Court Buildings in Delhi

Chief Justice of India, DY Chandrachud, emphasized the importance of justice and equality while laying the foundation stones for new court buildings in Karkardooma, Shastri Park, and Rohini in Delhi. He highlighted that courts are built on hope and are guardians of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity.

The new buildings aim to expand court capacity, reduce case backlogs, and provide a dignified environment for all stakeholders. The event was attended by several dignitaries, including Supreme Court judge Seema Kohli and Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena.
