CM Manik Saha Praises PM Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with Locals in Tripura

Agartala (Tripura), June 30 – Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his unique radio program ‘Mann Ki Baat’. Saha highlighted that no other leader organizes such a program, which shares valuable information and inspires citizens.

After watching the 111th episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ at 14 Badharghat Mandal, Saha commended the program for highlighting unique aspects of India that many are unaware of. He mentioned that PM Modi expressed gratitude to the people of Tripura for their support in the recent Lok Sabha elections, where the BJP won both seats.

During the event, BJP state President Rajib Bhattacharya and MLA Mina Rani Sarkar were present. Saha shared that he recently met PM Modi to congratulate him on behalf of Tripura’s people. Modi thanked Saha for the state’s electoral success and praised the efforts that led to the BJP’s victory.

The 111th episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ celebrated local Indian products gaining international recognition, such as Araku coffee from Andhra Pradesh, Karthumbi Chhata from Kerala, and Snow Peas from Kashmir. PM Modi also paid homage to the Santal hero Sindhu-Kanu and emphasized the importance of the Sanskrit language’s resurgence. The ‘One Tree, Ma’ Ke Naam’ campaign, encouraging tree planting in honor of mothers, was also highlighted.

The local event at Booth No. 33 fostered community spirit and collective listening, with residents expressing admiration for the program’s ability to connect them with diverse stories and initiatives from across the nation. CM Manik Saha urged people to listen to PM Modi’s special program and embrace the suggestions and ideas shared.
