Lahore was the most affected, with 5,353 people needing hospital treatment for respiratory problems. Hospitals treated thousands of patients, including 3,359 asthma cases, 286 heart conditions, 60 strokes, and 627 conjunctivitis cases. Lahore alone reported 1.91 million respiratory disease cases in the past month.

The government has implemented restrictions and triggered artificial rain to alleviate the smog. Despite these efforts, the situation remains critical, with health officials working tirelessly to provide care.
