Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Three-Nation Tour
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has embarked on a five-day visit to Nigeria, Brazil, and Guyana from November 16 to 21. His first stop is Nigeria, where he will meet President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries. PM Modi will also engage with the Indian community in Nigeria.
G20 Summit in Brazil
Following Nigeria, PM Modi will attend the 19th G20 Summit in Brazil as a Troika member. He aims to continue advancing the Global South’s priorities, building on India’s previous presidency. Discussions will focus on the theme “One Earth, One Family, One Future.”
Historic Visit to Guyana
In Guyana, PM Modi will participate in the 2nd India-CARICOM Summit and meet Caribbean leaders to renew historical ties. This visit marks the first by an Indian Prime Minister to Guyana in over 50 years. PM Modi will also receive the Dominica Award of Honour for his contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
