Union Minister of Panchayati Raj and Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Ranjan Rajiv Singh, also known as Lalan Singh, made his first visit to Keyi Panyor district in Arunachal Pradesh. During his visit, he explored the Model Fish Farm of Likha Kamin in Yachuli.
