FIR Against BJP MP Tejasvi Surya for False Claim on Farmer’s Suicide in Karnataka

However, the police clarified that the farmer’s suicide was due to loan and crop loss, not land issues. Surya has since deleted the post and stated he will not rely on the news source again.
